I ordered a Serene swivel chair which due to no fault of Mobility Products they were unable to deliver as per their original date. I had spoken with Robert Whitchurch about this and he really went 'The Extra Mile' to come up with an alternative which he was able to supply almost on the original delivery date rather than me having to wait until end of October for the one I had ordered first of all. It really was refreshing to deal with such an obliging and helpful man, his manner in dealing with customers is a lesson that many others could well benefit from, I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Mobility Products 4 U, and Robert, to anyone thinking of using them.

I placed my order over the phone on a Friday and my chairs were delivered the following Tuesday. Robert kept in touch throughout to let me know when they would be delivered.
