How different will our world be when its all over?

I am of course referring to the situation we are in with Covid-19. The one thing that has changed dramatically is shopping!

A lot of stores have been closed during the original lockdown and have only really just started to reopen. Then lots of local areas are going back into lockdown and again shopping will become more difficult.

Shopping online

It is easy to use your smartphone, tablet or PC to shop online and so convenient. But do you get the sort of service you are used to?

Here at www.mobilityproducts4u.org, I try to run my online business and couple it with good old fashioned service. Having started in the furniture trade way back in 1959 I learnt that good service brought its own rewards. Now 61 years later and still enjoying selling I try to still give the best customer service possible. Oh yes occasionally it all goes wrong but if I let someone down I ‘hold my hands up’ and apologise!

I am always available to guide my customers to the right product for their needs. I will even, in special circumstances, guide them elsewhere to another supplier. This is if their needs are so specific that I am unable to help.
