We endeavour to keep all of our delivery costs to a minimum
When you need to order a product for someone with a disability or handicap you can be in a situation where you need it quickly. Most of our products within our range for the disabled can be despatched using a carrier such as TNT for quick delivery. Using this system, providing the items are in stock in the warehouse, we can have to goods with you in 2 to 3 working days and sometimes even next day.
If you opt for our ‘White glove delivery service’ then there would normally be a 2 week lead time. Items of furniture and bedding other than electric adjustable beds and riser recliner chairs would normally take approximately 3 weeks for delivery, though, some items such as sofas and fireside chairs in special covers can take up to 6 weeks.
If you need or want an item quickly then contact the sales team by telephone or using the contact form and we will do everything possible to help. Should an item you order be out of stock for any reason we will inform you as soon as possible of the expected date the goods will be available and give you the opportunity to decide whether you select an alternative or wait for the original item. Alternatively you could ask for a refund.
We endeavour to keep all of our delivery costs to a minimum but obviously there are times when we need to charge certain amounts.
All orders under £100.00 excluding VAT will have a handling charge of £7.50 added.
Those orders in excess of £100.00 excluding VAT will be delivered on our standard delivery free of charge under our standard delivery terms.
The standard delivery we offer is to the front door of your building and so should you live in a second floor flat or anywhere that has some entrance hall you need to be aware that the goods will need to be moved from that access point by yourselves or someone on your behalf.
We also offer a full ‘white glove’ service which means that the items are delivered to you by a two man team who will bring your order to the room you want it in unpack it, do any assembly that may be required and then once everything is in good order and working properly remove all of the packaging for you. This service is available to you for an all inclusive price of £85.00 + VAT. This is for delivery to one address only at a time. Our service is for any number items at this one price.
It is your responsibility to make sure that there is clear access for the delivery team to the point that you want the item delivered to and that any furniture that is being replaced, such as your bed, is removed prior to our arrival. You must also make sure that the item purchased will actually go through your doorways. We will not accept any goods back because they cannot go through any door or up any stair way. We will not move furniture for you or remove furniture, it would be sensible to contact your local council, prior to delivery, who will for a small fee remove normally up to three (3) items for you at one time.
Our team will on our white glove delivery service remove all the packaging from the products for you.
