The NBF stands for the National Federation of Bed Manufacturers. Those manufacturers are held to the highest standards of quality in the production of their beds. The factories must comply with strict regulations with regard to cleanliness and the quality of the fillings used at all times. The National Bed Federation (NBF) is the recognised trade association, which represents UK manufacturers and suppliers of beds. As the leading authority on beds and mattresses, the NBF seeks to improve standards and legislation within the UK bed industry.
What does it mean to be an NBF Premier Retail Champion? It means that over 70% of the beds a Premier Retail Champion offers are made here in the UK. In our case here at www.mobilityproductss4u, it is 100%. A Premier Retail Champion also has to have the knowledge and experience to be able to advise you correctly. My association with the bedding trade stretches all the way back to 1959. During that time, as you can imagine I have gained a great deal of knowledge and experience. I am pleased to admit that I am still learning even now, 64 years on. Then a Premier Retail Champion has to be able to give the right service and we do!

All of our products are made to order to ensure you have the best and freshest product possible. Nothing is stored in dusty warehouses for weeks or months before coming to you. Once our manufacturers have produced the bed or mattress of your choice we either collect it or they deliver it to our partner firm J.V Logistics.
J. V Logistics specialise in the home delivery and installation of all types of furniture products and has many years of experience. They will liaise with you to arrange delivery and installation dates that are convenient to you. Their teams will work to make sure that your delivery and installation go as smoothly as possible. Once your new bed or mattress has been assembled and installed in the room of your choice the team will remove all of the packaging and leave you to relax and enjoy the new bed.
Another part of our service is that as well as the manufacturer’s guarantee, we include, free of charge, a 5-year extended warranty from Castelan. This gives you cover for accidental damage from the day the goods are delivered. (Most retailers charge a lot extra for this.)
We like to think that our service comes with a smile, though you might not see it but hopefully, you’ll be able to detect when we talk about adjustable beds.

VAT and you.
Remember if you are buying your adjustable bed or mattress you may be eligible to purchase it exempt from VAT. If you are suffering from a permanent disability or long-term illness then you just need to fill in the declaration as you get to the point of payment. Then the system will take over and remove the VAT from your purchase. This is of course a legal form and is only available to those of us who have long-term medical problems.
